Regular admission and guided tours

Cancellations & Refunds: There are no refunds. Tickets purchased for Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition are good for up to One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from date of purchase.

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed. You will automatically be notified if this occurs to the provided email address.

If an emergency comes up closer to your arrival and you can’t make it, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just contact us at 407-248-1166.

Dinner Show and Teatime

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Merchandise

Exchange only within 30 days.  No Refunds.
